For over 20 years, i.c.stars has been working in the Chicago area to identify and train low-income young adults who demonstrate extraordinary potential. Their program is aimed at helping these young adults develop the fundamental skills necessary to succeed in technology services and community leadership in the belief that a focus on both can significantly improve their talent and effect social change.
